Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to manage both incoming and outgoing calls. This role focuses on engaging with interested customers, providing accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries, support requests, and complaints.
• Outbound Calls: Making calls for sales, customer surveys, or appointment scheduling.
• Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for specific products or services.
• Customer Service: Offering general support and assistance for a wide range of customer needs.
• Sales: Generating leads and closing sales through phone conversations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
• Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle calls efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
