Telecom IT Operations Lead

As a Telecom IT Operations Lead with 15-20 years of experience, you will be responsible for deep understanding of Telecom, Financial Reports, and Resources. Your main tasks will include developing strategies for Knowledge, Resource, and Operation Management. You will work closely with the Delivery Head/Partner for operation coordination and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all commitments and deliverables/SLA. In this role, you will also be required to review the work of leads, provide feedback, and maintain and improve Operation Standards using ITIL. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be to enhance team productivity, reduce waste, and inspire other team members. You are expected to be a Lead who is looked upon by all team members.
