Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Allocate leads, monitor call performance, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication and pitching skills.
  • Maintain call logs, CRM data, and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and ensure lead conversion.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to increase productivity, call quality, and overall team performance.
  • Recruit and onboard new telecalling executives when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure and drive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
