We are seeking a results-driven Debt Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt recovery, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Debt Recovery: Recover outstanding debts from customers through phone calls, emails, and field visits. 2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers, understand their financial situation, and negotiate payment plans. 3. Payment Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and update records. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment plans, and recovery progress. 5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets. 6. DRA Certificate compulsory and mandatory .
