As we expand, we're looking for motivated HR Recruiters (Telecallers with recruitment experience) to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

This is not a traditional HR role—it is a conversion-driven, target-oriented role in which you’ll connect with leads provided by the company and convert them into successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided leads.
• Explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and visa procedures clearly.
• Build a strong rapport and handle queries professionally.
• Convince and convert interested candidates into registrations and closures.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in overseas recruitment consultancy (Mandatory).
• Fluent in Malayalam and English.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-focused, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Both males and females with the required experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
