Telecalling

Job Overview:

We seek a proactive and persuasive Telecalling Executive to promote our product and drive sales through outbound calls. The role involves connecting with potential customers, sharing product information, resolving queries, and converting leads into successful sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch the product.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product details and benefits.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain a structured call log.
• Handle objections or concerns effectively to close sales or set appointments.
• Maintain and update the customer database or CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales or logistics team for follow-ups or order fulfillment.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the team on market response and product-related queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum graduates preferred.
• 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• Clear and confident communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good product understanding and convincing ability.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with MS Excel or CRM is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
