Job Summary We are hiring a female Telecalling Executive to handle client coordination and appointment scheduling. This role involves calling prospective clients, explaining our services, and booking appointments. It is ideal for someone with strong communication skills in Tamil and English and a friendly, confident phone presence. Key Responsibilities Call clients from provided contact lists to introduce our services Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up communication Record client interaction details accurately Provide service-related information to clients as needed Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups Meet daily call and follow-up targets Requirements Only female candidates are eligible Good communication in English and Tamil Ability to explain information clearly and confidently over the phone Basic computer knowledge for updating records Positive attitude and willingness to learn Immediate joiners preferred Freshers can apply Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Location: Sundarapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
