Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining lead data in Excel, ensuring proper record-keeping, and submitting weekly reports. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and persuasive manner. Convert incoming leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions/products. Maintain and update lead records in Excel sheets accurately and consistently. Track daily call activities and lead status. Prepare and submit weekly reports on lead conversions, follow-ups, and call performance. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies. Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving queries and building rapport. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [languages, e.g., English and Hindi]. Ability to handle calls professionally and meet conversion targets. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, formatting). Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inbound sales or lead conversion.
