We're looking for energetic and confident telecallers to represent our brand and connect with potential clients. 📝 Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company. Explain Vistonia's services clearly and persuasively. Understand the needs of business owners and suggest suitable solutions. Schedule consultations or meetings for senior advisors. Follow up with interested leads regularly. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversions. Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls. ✅ Requirements: Fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus). Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability. Basic understanding of business, startups, or marketing (training provided).
