Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales calls

  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales

  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally

  • Update customer information in the system regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)

  • Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

  • Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

  • Freshers can apply

  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
