Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products or services, handling customer queries, and closing sales while maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales calls Explain company products/services clearly and confidently Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales Follow up with interested customers to close sales Handle customer objections politely and professionally Update customer information in the system regularly Required Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred) Ability to convince and negotiate with customers Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset Ability to work in a team and handle pressure Education & Experience: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate Freshers can apply Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage Work Details: Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Work Location: Office-based / Work from home (if applicable) Salary: Fixed salary + incentives
