Job Description

A Telecalling Executive is a professional who uses the telephone to engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to existing customers.  Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and gathering feedback.  Updating customer information, call logs, and sales records in the CRM system.  Providing regular updates to the team lead or manager on call activities, sales progress, and customer feedback.
