Job Summary:We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about products/services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries. Provide detailed information about products/services over the phone. Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects. Maintain records of calls and update customer databases. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism. Work with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads. Requirements and Skills:Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services quickly. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Fluency in language required-English, Hindi]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems). Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
