Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Fresher) Location: [Chhatrapati Square, Nagpur] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream) Job Summary : We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident communicators and looking to start their career in sales, customer service, or marketing. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain company products/services and convince prospects to take interest or make a purchase. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM system. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries where necessary. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and reporting goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Forward leads or potential clients to the sales team as required. Skills Required Good verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization. Benefits Fixed salary with performance-based incentives. On-the-job training provided.
