As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database. Explain company products/services and convince prospects to take interest or make a purchase. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM system. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries where necessary. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and reporting goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Forward leads or potential clients to the sales team as required. Skills Required Good verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
