Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team and serve as the voice of Pokonut, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales, queries, and support.Handle inbound customer calls, resolving queries regarding orders, products, and policies.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.Provide detailed information about products, offers, and ongoing campaigns.Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.Maintain call logs and report daily performance metrics.Assist in WhatsApp marketing and order confirmation calls.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales.Ability to work in a fast-paced D2C environment and meet targets.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry is an added advantage.A customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
