Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
  • Identify potential customers' needs through effective communication and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while ensuring high-quality service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting purposes.
