Handle customer inquiries regarding properties, pricing, and project details. Fix appointments for site visits and follow up regularly. Maintain proper records of leads and update the CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English). Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Must be goal-oriented and a good team player.
