Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or collect feedback. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries. Explain products/services in a clear and convincing manner. Maintain a record of calls and update the CRM system. Schedule appointments or product demos when required. Follow up with leads and ensure conversion. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
