Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote jewelry products and offers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic queries.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Schedule appointments for in-store visits or sales consultations.
  • Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in jewelry or retail is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in handling customer objections.
  • Basic knowledge of jewelry products, designs, and trends (training will be provided).
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
  • Target-driven, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
