Job Title: Tele caller

Location: Pondicherry

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and converting leads into potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest
Follow up with leads through calls/emails/WhatsApp
Maintain and update customer records in CRM
Handle customer queries and provide correct information
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in tele calling/customer service is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong listening and convincing skills
Report daily performance to the supervisor/team leader
