Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our stock market training institute. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining course details, resolving queries, and converting leads into enrollments. If you are passionate about communication and interested in financial education, this is the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and social media. Clearly explain stock market courses, modules, fees, and benefits to prospective students. Handle questions related to course content, trainers, certification, class schedules (online/offline), etc. Follow up regularly with potential students and maintain strong conversion rates. Maintain and update CRM records, call logs, and lead tracking sheets accurately. Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for walk-ins or demo class scheduling. Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and admissions. Requirements: Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is preferred (education industry experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Basic understanding of stock market or willingness to learn. Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision. Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Job Type: Full-time Location: Thane Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
