Job Description

Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule site visits. Explain project details, property features, and benefits clearly and persuasively. Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and build strong client relationships. Update and manage leads through CRM tools or spreadsheets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful conversions. Key Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Confidence and ability to handle objections smartly. Basic computer knowledge and comfort with phone-based work. Prior experience in tele-calling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage (Real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
