The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Generate leads and convert them into potential sales. Maintain and update the customer database regularly. Follow up on leads and handle customer queries effectively. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism during calls. Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance. Required Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
