Job Description

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to provided contacts and follow the script to explain products/services. Guide interested customers through registration/sales process via call or email. Follow up to ensure completion of sign-up/purchase. Maintain records of responses and follow-up dates. Make a maximum of 3 attempts for RNR (Ringing Not Responding) customers. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Organized, target-driven, and proficient in email/WhatsApp tools.
