Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into enrollments. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, education, and making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads. Explain our educational products and services clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM software. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in making cold/warm calls. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to learn quickly and adapt to product updates. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Fluency in [mention required languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages]. Qualifications:12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
