Role Overview

Telecalling Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective Indian customers.

  • Promote and explain ECOSTE products and services clearly.

  • Understand customer requirements and schedule follow-up calls.

  • Maintain accurate call records and update the lead management system.

  • Respond to customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication with a neutral accent (minimal MTI).

  • Basic understanding of sales and customer service.

  • Ability to stay motivated and handle rejection confidently.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Proficient in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).

Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th pass

  • Preferred: Graduate in any stream

  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO will be an added advantage
