Job Description

Country Vacation is seeking a motivated and skilled Tele caller Executive to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and helping generate leads that convert into satisfied customers. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Introduce and promote Country Vacation’s products and services Answer customer queries, providing detailed and accurate information Maintain and update customer records in the CRM Work towards achieving monthly/weekly sales targets Follow up on leads and provide excellent post-sale support Foster strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively Persuasive and confident with an ability to influence customer decisions Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Ability to work independently and meet sales targets High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity for growth within the company Dynamic and supportive work environment Flexible working hours [if applicable] Employee discounts and perks on vacation packages
