Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our property offerings, and generating leads for site visits and closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database and leads provided. Explain property features, locations, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively. Generate interest and schedule site visits or appointments with the sales team. Follow up with leads regularly and update records in the CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times. Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client follow-up and service. Requirements: Good interpersonal and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
