Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to Friend Loan Technology's products and services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing accurate information regarding loan applications, eligibility, and processes.
• Explain the features and benefits of various loan products clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all loan products, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Accurately record customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and compliance regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:

  Fluent in Tamil and English

• Experience:

  6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

(Freshers are not eligible for this position)

• Qualification:

  12th pass or any Bachelor's Degree.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Sales Acumen:

  Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

• Customer Focus:

  Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Computer Skills:

  Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Work Ethic:

  Punctual, reliable.

  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Work Days:

  Monday to Saturday

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary:

  18,000 - 20,000 (in-hand) per month, based on experience and performance.
