Telecalling Collection Executive

We are hiring Experienced - Collection Specialist (DRA & Non- DRA). Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in Collection or Credit Card process plus Quality Analyst with 1yr experience. ·   Share your CV via WhatsApp: +91 91379 46450 or call: +91 9987126468   ·        Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass or a Diploma; a Graduate degree is preferred.   ·        Previous experience as collection associate or collection specialist.   ·        Must hold a valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification as mandated by regulatory authorities (preferably RBI-approved).   ·        Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to negotiate repayment plans or settlements.   ·        Familiarity with collection software tools and basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).   ·        Understanding of credit card payment processes, delinquency buckets, and regulatory requirements.   ·        Assist customers in understanding their debt obligations and provide guidance on payment options.   ·        Accurately document all interactions, payments, and agreements in the system.   ·        Identify and escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the relevant departments.   ·        Follow all applicable legal regulations (e.g., RBI and banking norms) and internal policies, such as fair debt collection practices.)   ·        Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.   ·        Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
