Telecalling and Field Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads database
  • Explain products/services and generate interest
  • Schedule appointments for field visits
  • Follow up on warm leads and inquiries
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Field Sales:

  • Visit prospective clients to demonstrate and pitch offerings
  • Build strong relationships and understand customer needs
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Distribute marketing materials and participate in local campaigns
  • Collect payments/documentation when required


Requirements:

  • 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the city/region
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
  • Own two-wheeler (preferred, for field visits)
