Profile: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students/parents for course inquiries and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information about animation, VFX, graphic design, and digital marketing courses.
• Maintain database and update records of communication.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions.
• Handle incoming calls, resolve queries professionally.
• Follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate with counselors and the admission team.

Requirements:

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
