Job Opening: Counselor cum Telecaller
Location: ZICA Animation Institute, Borivali, Mumbai
Timing: Full-Time (9:30 AM – 8:30 PM)
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹21,000 (Based on experience and performance)

ZICA Animation Borivali is one of Mumbai's leading institutes for Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Game Design, and Digital Marketing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Counselor cum Telecaller to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain course details and guide students to select the right career path.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.
• Maintain follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain daily call records and reports.
• Handle walk-in inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory).
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in counseling/telecalling preferred (freshers can apply).
• Knowledge of MS Office/Excel is a plus.
• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
