Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions, resolve queries, or collect feedback and payments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/prospects and introduce products/services. Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries or complaints. Maintain customer database by entering and updating information. Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies during calls. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, conversions, or collections. Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Prior experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Others: Polite, persuasive, and patient attitude.
