Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, provide information to customers, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Prepare and share daily call reports with the team leader/manager.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma/Graduate (as per company requirement).
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Patient, calm, and customer-focused attitude.
