We are hiring Telecallers who can handle both inbound and outbound calls related to software sales and job hiring support . Complete training will be provided for understanding the software product as well as the hiring process. You will be expected to communicate clearly, explain the product, or collect job candidate details as per requirement. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Explain software features and generate interest from potential clients Speak with job seekers and collect details based on hiring needs Update call details and lead status in CRM Follow-up calls with leads and candidates Meet daily/weekly targets Required Skills: Fluent Hindi is mandatory Basic English is acceptable Any additional language is a plus (e.g., Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, etc.) Strong communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps Positive attitude, polite behavior, and target-focused mindset Experience Required: Candidate must have experience in BPO / Telecalling / Telesales / Call Center Freshers are not eligible Preference will be given to those with experience in software sales or recruitment calling What We Offer: Complete training on software & hiring process Fixed salary + attractive incentives Friendly and supportive work environment Career growth opportunities in sales or recruitment
