Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients at all times.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in [Insert Required Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
