Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration services (study visas, PR, work permits, tourist visas, etc.). Handle inbound queries from leads and provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility, and documentation. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and references. Maintain a database of potential and existing clients in CRM and update regularly. Schedule appointments for counselors/immigration experts. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service (immigration/overseas education background preferred). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (as per region). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
