We are a leading brand in the decorative surface materials industry, offering a wide range of premium products for interior spaces. Our Experience Center in Bangalore showcases the latest designs and innovations, helping architects, designers, and homeowners bring their visions to life. To support our growing operations, we are hiring a Lead Calling & Appointment Coordinator who will be the vital link between incoming leads and our marketing & sales team. Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up on leads generated via online and offline channels. Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets or CRM with lead details and follow-up status. Book appointments and coordinate with clients for visits to the Experience Center. Share confirmed appointments and client briefs with the marketing and sales teams for follow-up. Handle basic customer queries and redirect them as necessary. Ensure a professional, polite, and warm approach during calls and communication.
