Telecaller (US Process)

As a Telecaller at Safebooks Global, you will be responsible for handling U.S.-based clients and prospects, making outbound calls for lead follow-up or warm calling, handling inbound inquiries, setting up appointments for the sales or accounting teams, updating CRM with accurate information, following call scripts and communication guidelines, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional and friendly tone on every call. Qualifications required for this role include excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or American accent preferred), 6 months to 2 years of experience in international voice processes (US process preferred), ability to work night shifts in EST/PST time zones, basic computer skills, confidence, politeness, and proficiency in follow-ups. It is preferred that you are based in or near Ahmedabad. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience working in BPOs or outsourcing companies, familiarity with accounting or financial services, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
