Telecaller – US Process Location: Ahmedabad (On-site ) Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)(5pm to 2am) Type: Full-time Company: Safebooks Global About Us: Safebooks Global is a leading accounting outsourcing company based in Ahmedabad, serving clients across the United States. We are looking for a smart, confident, and fluent English speaker to join our team as a Telecaller for our U.S. operations. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to U.S.-based clients and prospects (no cold selling; mostly lead follow-up or warm calling). Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the relevant department. Set up appointments or follow-ups for the sales or accounting teams. Maintain call logs and update CRM or internal databases with accurate info. Follow call scripts and company communication guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and communication. Maintain a professional and friendly tone on every call — you’re representing our brand. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or American accent preferred). 6 months – 2 years of experience in international voice process (US process preferred). Comfortable working night shifts (EST/PST time zone). Basic computer skills — email, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc. Confident, polite, and good with follow-ups. Should be based in or near Ahmedabad Good to Have: Experience working in BPOs or outsourcing companies. Familiarity with accounting or financial services (not mandatory, but a plus).
