📢 Hiring: Telecaller – US Process (Cold Calling Profile)
📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: ₹10 LPA
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
🕒 Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
📆 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform cold calling – call on provided data, explain service/product, and attempt to close deals
✅ Handle both outbound & inbound calls for US clients
✅ Maintain accurate call records & update CRM
✅ Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets
✅ Provide excellent customer support & query resolution
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in BPO / US process telecalling (cold calling)
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
✔ Comfortable with night shifts
✔ Strong persuasion & customer handling skills
