Job Description

Position : Telecaller
Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities Skills & QualificationsRequired:Preferred (but not mandatory): Work Environment Compensation & Benefits
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Aayush Wellness services and explain benefits clearly.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding wellness packages, lab services, pricing, and appointments.
Generate new leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-ups or appointments with wellness experts.
Maintain and update call logs, lead data, and CRM entries accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure excellent customer service and seamless client handoffs.
Follow up on pending inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.
12th pass or Graduate (any discipline).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in telephonic conversations, persuasive speaking, and customer engagement.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset with good listening skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Prior experience in health, wellness, lab or medical services.
Knowledge of basic wellness terminology and services.
Day shift schedule. Monday – Saturday, 10am - 7pm
