Job Title: Telecaller – Travel Industry (B2B) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Industry: Travel & Tourism Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller with a background in the B2B travel industry to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience , be fluent in English , and have a strong understanding of travel-related services and client handling in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to travel agents, corporate clients, and travel partners for business development and lead generation. Respond to inbound inquiries, provide information about travel services, packages, and bookings. Maintain and grow strong relationships with B2B clients by offering excellent customer service. Understand client needs and offer appropriate travel solutions. Achieve monthly targets related to sales and lead conversions. Keep records of calls and customer responses using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, ticketing) for smooth client servicing. Stay updated with travel industry trends, airline deals, and travel regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in the B2B travel industry as a telecaller or in a related role. Excellent verbal communication skills in English ; knowledge of Hindi is a plus. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good knowledge of travel products such as flights, hotels, packages, and visas. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools. Must be currently located in Gurugram or willing to relocate. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators in a sales or telecalling capacity. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an advantage.
