Telecaller Location: Gurugram (Galleria Towers, DLF Phase IV) Organisation: Think Right Eduventures LLP Salary: ₹20,000–30,000/month (day shift, in-person) Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries. Explain educational philosophy, programs, curriculum, fees, and admission steps. Convert interest into school visits or enrollments. Follow up through phone, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with admissions/academic teams for seamless onboarding. Share updates, event invites and offers with prospective parents.
