Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their loan needs and eligibility.
Clearly explain various loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
Communicate fluently in English to build rapport and effectively engage customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain a robust customer pipeline to ensure continuous engagement.
Address customer queries and provide accurate and relevant financial solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Adhere to company policies and comply with financial regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English communication skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of financial products (advantageous).
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
