Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to understand their loan needs and eligibility.
  • Clearly explain various loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
  • Communicate fluently in English to build rapport and effectively engage customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a robust customer pipeline to ensure continuous engagement.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate and relevant financial solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and comply with financial regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial products (advantageous).
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
