About Us: We are a leading Solar EPC company based in Mansrovar, Jaipur. Dedicated to powering a greener future, our team delivers high-quality rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. Join us to be part of the renewable energy movement! Role Overview: As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls from provided leads, explain the benefits of solar energy, address basic queries, and generate qualified leads for our field sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients using supplied contact lists. Articulate the benefits of solar energy: cost savings, environmental impact, government incentives, etc. Engage prospects professionally, build rapport, and identify genuine interest. Record call outcomes and follow-up actions accurately in our CRM or lead log. Schedule appointments for field executives once interest is confirmed. Provide timely updates and feedback to the sales & marketing team. Job Details: 📍 Location: Mansrovar, Jaipur (Office-based) ⏰ Shift: Day shift 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🏆 Compensation: ₹1,000–₹12,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives) ✅ Joining: Immediate Required Skills: Hindi + basic English, good phone etiquette, target-oriented Benefits: PF, flexible incentives, training
