ob Title: Telecaller cum Computer Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to handle telecalling and basic computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and managing data entry tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential/existing clients.
Handle customer queries and provide information about products/services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Perform data entry and manage office documentation.
Assist in day-to-day office computer tasks as required.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, internet, Email).
Prior experience in telecalling or data entry preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Female Only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
