Join the Team at sunSTRATEGIC Role: Telecaller (Work From Home) We’re looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to join sunSTRATEGIC, a creative marketing and digital agency. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably with a background in veterinary assistance or nursing. This role is perfect for someone who understands client care, can communicate empathetically, and handle service-related queries with professionalism. ✨ Experience: 1–3 years preferred in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Veterinary or nursing background highly preferred to relate better with clients in animal care or healthcare domains. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential. 📞 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential veterinary/nursing-related clients. Follow up on leads and inquiries. Explain company services clearly and effectively. Maintain call logs and records. Coordinate with the internal team as needed. ✅ Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills. Confidence and clarity in speech. Basic computer and typing skills.
